We’re a small, independent Cornish company based in Falmouth, but our story really started long before we opened our doors in 2021. As a team of local property experts with years of combined experience, we’ve spent our lives walking Cornish coast paths, exploring hidden coves, and helping people find homes across the South West and beyond. Cornwall isn’t just where we work—it’s part of who we are. And we wanted to share the version of Cornwall we know and love with every guest who stays with us, and every owner who trusts us with their home.
