Cancer Research
Stood for a century, the Dunster Castle stands tall and the starting point for the South West Coast 50 Challenge, where goals can be met, records can be broken, and challenges be met with determination and pride. Trekkers can partake in 10k, 25k or 50k routes around the Exmoor national park, collectively raising money for Cancer Research, with loved ones in mind.

Cornish Challenges
Falmouth Half Marathon.
21km of towns, villages and varying terrain. Runners will begin their challenging race on the scenic sea front, basking in the cheering crowds. With every hill-y battle and meandering roads, runners will be decorated in medals, chanting and a smile glazed over their face as they reach the final mile.

An eclectic blend of athleticism exhibited by a wide range of individuals, all with the same goal. To swim, to bike and to run within Falmouth's scenic route; Gyllyngvase Beach at the epicentre of this incredible event.

Releasing of dopamine is a result of cause and effect, and can be brought on by the most simplest goals. Participate in a beginners workshop, work your fine motor skills in the comfort of your own home.

Take a breathe, a moment, or a class, to recentre yourself ahead of the new year. Focusing on your breathing can have a improving effect on stress, clarity, and emotional balance.
